I've snapped and deleted some pics. using my handphone before, and now i want to send it for repairs....can these pictures that i deleted like months ago be retrieved again by the repair people just like how deleted pics. can be retrieved from computers hardisk? Will the Edison chen case befall on me?

Yes, they can be retrieved. But that is only if you want them to recover the photos. It requires some forensic work with file fragments left when deleted. It's unlikely that your carrier will bother with image recovery unless you're trying to get lost info back. If so, anything could be found.
