I have one iTunes account that my family uses one three different computers and i need to get all three libraries onto one computer how can i do that? is it possible? (step by step) please please please if you know....
How do i authorize different iTunes accounts and libraries from multiple computers onto one?triumph
Moving music from one computer to another is a common problem. Thankfully, Apple has created a step-by-step process to back up your library and move it to another computer. I've listed two link in my sources from the Apple website that specifies how to move music from one computer step-by-step. The first method only works with iTunes 7 or above and requires CDs or DVDs. The second method uses your iPod as a flash drive to move the music.
Now, as to actually playing said multimedia, you'll need to make sure the computer you're moving the files to is authorized to play the music. If you're using one family account and the computer you are moving to can already play music purchased by the account, you're fine. If not, you'll need to authorize the computer to play music purchased by the account. Here's how:
1) Open iTunes and go to Store %26gt; Authorize Computer.
2) Enter in the dialog your User ID and Password, then click Authorize.
3) iTunes will check that the ID is okay and that it hasn't already been authorized on five computers, then will authorize the computer.
4) To test, move a music file to the computer, then try to play it. If it plays, you're fine.
Hope this helps!
