Where's a good place to learn about computers?

I love computers. The only way I can get away from them is football. I love to learn about them too. I just want to know where can I learn more?

You can learn more just by using it as you are now. You can also buy a "For Dummies" book, but I would recommend just reading articles online as the internet offers a lot of information and it's hands-on learning. You can use search engines to find out almost anything you want about computers and you can find it almost immediately with enough practice. If you have an interest in it, you will learn naturally. If you get too good then you will become everyone's free tech support guy like me. ;)

BTW: There are many different aspects to computers you can learn about. If you are looking for general information, then Yahoo! Tech is a good starting point.

Here's a few PC magazine sites as well:

If you want more specific information on hardware, software, programming, how-to-use, products, etc. then there are specialized sites for those too, you just have to know what you're looking for.
buy book at a compiter store or read about them at a library thatwhat i did
Maybe at a nursing school or a automotive tech school. There is a good one in Arizona I think.
Go to your local bookstore and ask them for a copy of "Computers for Dummies"....its a for real book!
