HELP trespass notice, photo sent to all store computers?

an incident happened with me and some friends in a shoppers drug mart awhile ago. we were given we were escorted to the back, given trespass notices and had our photos taken. the security told us our digital pictures will be sent to all shoppers drug mart computers and if we were found in any of their locations, could be charged. the police were not involved. the problem is, my friends parents work at another pharmacy of the shoppers drug mart, can anyone educate me if they will have access to the photos. will employees have access to this private information? isn't it against the law?

Businesses can exclude anybody they want as long as it is not on the basis of race, sex, ethnicity, religion, etc. They are not the government, so they are not held to the same requirements as the police. They can take your picture all day long and give it to every store in the country. I would strongly recommend that you and your friends do not go there. You have been given notice. If you go to that store, they can call the police and have you arrested.

To my knowledge, they cannot display the photos to anyone except employees of the store. They were probably just trying to scare you. But I may be wrong. And anyway, if you do not go back into the store, you have nothing to worry about. I doubt your friends parents will see the photograph.
Well if you were trespassing, then all employees would be entitled to that information because most likely it would be one of them that spots you out. That is similar to someone's picture being posted as America's Most Wanted in many different stores, usually a clerk or even sometimes another customer will spot them out.
All I can really say is that you guys rolled the dice, and now you have to pay the price.

If you and your friend weren't misbehaving in the store, this wouldn't have happened.

Face the music.
