How can i monitor how much bandwidth individual computers are using on my network?

Our network consists of about 100 computers. I would like to see which ones are using up the bandwidth during peek times. We are using cisco 2950 switches and a PIX 515 firewall.

Use MRTG. It will give you nice graphs on various ports. See http://oss.oetiker.ch/mrtg/

You can also get Windows based version if you do not have unix boxes.

I do several things,

one is a linux box with 2 NIC's and set up as a bridge, and I run iptop on it so I can see the highest bandwith consumption live.

second thing I do is run MRTG against the switches, and see a graph of individual port usage. This will graph users/pc histories
Best way to do it is with a sniffer. I use ethereal and it works great
