I want a new laptop so someone that knows alot about computers help me find the right one.?

Im 16 my desktop computer broke and i want to buy a laptop. i am looking in the range of 1000 dollars for a new one. Some one that knows alot about computers please help mme find a good one. ok i dunno about those links, but i'm a techy person... and i definitely would recommend the $1099 MacBook. It's the perfect teen computer, and a lot more fun that any PC out there. unless of course, ur into gaming or programming?
