I and my friend want to share some files (It is huge and wont go in E-Mails)... I don't like uploading in free websites and he, unable to download, the file getting deleted and again uploading.....

2) Use one of the file sharing sites where you place the file up on a password protected site, and then your friend downloads it from there.
3) Use a P2P sharing program such as Bit Torrent or Limewire.
Those are about the only options you have. Since you seem to be rejecting the 2nd and 3rd, snail mail is about the only one left.
