Microsoft Windows XP Professional - Installation on two separate computers?

I bought a Microsoft Windows XP Professional operating system, and I want to install it on two separate computers. Is that possible? and is there anybody here who knows how I can speak to Microsoft about this?

The first question Microsoft will ask you is if it is installed on more than one computer. If you say yes I am sure you will get a lecture. (assuming you don't have a volume license key)

I have installed winXP in same computer for 4 times. and i have activated online all 4times with out any problem.
One Operating System License per Computer.

If you buy licenses, then it is possible to do what you want to.

I however do not know if you may acquire licenses for particular use or if it is just available for companies or if one license is available.

You can always...well...use an open source system such as Linux if you want :p

Hope it helped
Unless you purchased a corporate version then i think its limited to 1 per pc.

You will have to ring microsoft and they will issue a new key.

Sucks i know, but more importantly why are you still running XP.

Vista is far safer and better. Well linux is even better again.
