well i want my computer to be good and running well and so if any1 has messenger or email if i can contact you and just ask some questions abotu computers and stuff plz let me know

Like any machine, it must be maintained.

Here are some things to do:

Daily:

*Virus scan

*Registry cleanup

Weekly:

*Defragment

*Spyware/Adware scans

*Use an air duster and get all the dust off of the fans and components

Long term:

*Add more ram

*More fans

if you switch to a free linux operting system you wont have the problems in the first place and it wont take hardly any maintanance

Peer Guardian (if you use Peer to peer (p2p) software)

They should at least keep your pc safe from unwanted viruses and spyware
