do you want to put a picure on your desktop screen?
Do you want to change your desktop picture or screensaver or what? please be specific
is it the picture over your name that you want to change?... if so, that's your 'avatar'..... I believe you go into your PROFILE to work on that.... I'm not too good at Yahoo's ways, so wait for someone else to help you if that is what you're trying to do....
