we have only typewriters and birth certificates with erasures are not accepted in local civil registry. we have a program to be able to print birth certificates correctly but do not have computers in our local lying-in clinics. Our LGU might not be able to buy since we have big budget deficit Every child born has a right to a name and we would like to ensure that the child enjoys this right. please help
