Yahoo Messenger Ver. 8, call option is not working in our computers, whay may be the problem.? Voice chat is now possible only thru conference. Any fix is available to work the call button?

Honestly, the only way to fix this problem is to contact Yahoo! thru Yahoo! Help. I've searched every other Yahoo! Answers question about this topic. I'm experiencing problems with Yahoo! Messenger 8 also. I've even tried to re-download the older version, but even that doesn't work. I think Yahoo! is still developing Yahoo! Messenger 8.
