In graphic design you have to be really talkative and most of the designing is done by hand and software is used to enhance it. What kind of designing do you do. Web, Graphics, Games, Interior. This would help. Design involves selling your ideas, so you need to be talkative.

Computer Science may involve less talking than Graphic Design.

Computer science. That's my major and I've been doing programming thus far. Since you like designing, you might really enjoy creating programs.
Or what about video game designer? I always thought that would be like a dream job.
You could do Management of Information Systems (MIS), computer science, or computer engineering, but I'm guessing you're thinking more on the art side of things.

Graphic Design sounds like what you're looking for.

well from experience...i do like designing things on the computer, like graphic designing, which i soomething u can go into. um.. i can make flyers n cd covers n alla dat fancy crap with photoshop. if u like dat, try Graphic Designing. however, i don't think that is so major u know..if u like computers, u can try Computer Science or Programming...but i should tell you. lol i thought that's what i wanted to do but i switched out. because it was all technical and dealth with logical stuff. i found out my brain is more towards the arts and english so im becomming at teacher. way different huh? and as for my fun in designing on the computer, i keep it as a hobby. but people whoh deal with computers dont need to talk much, you can try it. i suggest that just take differnt courses if its your first year, and see what fields your brain is adaptable in. i took basic computer science n i dont like it =) hahaha....so yeah just explore...
Graphic designer or Management Information Systems. You could do web designes for companies or be their IT support.

You could also write programs, so go in to computer science if you like that.
